How do I know if my order has been successfully completed?
When you’ve completed your online order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email, get in touch with our customer service team and we’ll investigate. Handy tip: check your spam folder too.
I need to return or exchange an item?
It’s easy to send us a new return request with our online returns system. All you need is your order number, and the email address you used when you placed the order (the one in your confirmation email).
Where is my order?
Standard orders delivered within Australia using Australia Post take 2-5 working days. If you want to check the status of your order at any time, check the Australia Post website using your tracking number we sent you via email.
International orders take about 5-10 working days. If you want to check the status of your order, get in touch with our customer service team and we’d be happy to help.
