    Nylon Elastane. For best results, hand-wash lingerie in cool water and drip dry in shade. Washing in hot water can damage fabrics such as lace, embroidery and elastic. If washing by machine use a lingerie bag to prevent misshape to underwires and set to gentle cycle. Avoid pegs as they can damage delicate fabrics. Hang bras in half, not from the shoulder strap or back strap. Tumble drying is not recommended, if you must set to coolest cycle.

    An ill-fitting or poorly made bra can cause shoulder, neck and back tension, sagging breasts, as well as uncomfortable bulges around your breasts and upper arms. While your clothing size can serve as a good indication of bra size, the two can differ drastically too

    You can measure yourself with a bra and light clothes on, just ensure the bra is not padded. It is recommended that someone else measures you while you are standing with your arms resting by your side, lifting the arms up can result in inaccurate measurement. Standing in front of a mirror can also make taking accurate measurements easier.

    Step 1: Measure under your bust

    1: UNDERBUST SIZE

    Measure around your body, directly below the bust, ensuring the tape is right under your breasts, straight all of the way around and is as tight as possible. The tape should be firm, but not uncomfortable, this is how the under band of the bra will fit. It is best to do this measurement either not wearing a bra or being careful not to go over your bra.

    Step 2: Measure your cup size

    2: MEASURE BRA CUP SIZE

    Measure around the fullest part of your bust (usually over the nipples), it is recommended to measure the cup size whilst wearing a bra. Hold the tape gently for this measurement so it is just lightly resting on your body. Make sure the tape measure is straight across your back and parallel to the floor.
